This page is used to inform visitors about our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone chooses to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information in connection with this policy. The personal information We collect is used to provide and improve the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Collection and use of information
We collect the information needed to operate Rizzzo, including your Google or Apple account identifier, email address, display name and profile image when you choose account sign-in; the preferences and profile information you provide; and the conversations, screenshots, generated replies, avatars and other content you choose to submit or save.
We also collect subscription and purchase status, app interactions, diagnostics, crash information, device and app information, IP address, an internal Rizzzo account identifier, the Firebase App Instance ID and, on Android when available, the Google Advertising ID. Android users can reset or delete their Advertising ID in device settings. If it is unavailable, Rizzzo does not replace it with a fingerprint.
We use this information to provide and secure the Service, maintain your account and history, process and restore subscriptions, generate requested content, troubleshoot errors, understand product usage, measure subscription and advertising conversions, prevent abuse and improve Rizzzo. We do not sell personal information and Rizzzo does not display third-party advertising.
Face Data and Camera Usage
Our application may request access to your device's camera to enable specific features such as real-time filters, effects, or avatar generation. However:
- We do not collect, store, or transmit any face data.
- All facial recognition or face tracking processes are handled locally on your device.
- No face data is saved, uploaded to servers, or shared with any third parties.
- The data is used only temporarily during active app sessions and is immediately discarded once the session ends.
- We do not use face data for identification, authentication, or profiling purposes.
- By using the app, you can be assured that no biometric or facial data ever leaves your device.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the event of an error in the application, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This log data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, application configuration when using our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Service providers
We use service providers including Google and Apple for account sign-in and app distribution, Firebase and Google Analytics for analytics and diagnostics, Amplitude for product analytics, RevenueCat for subscription management and conversion measurement, and infrastructure and AI-processing providers needed to deliver requested features.
These providers process only the information needed for their services and under their own privacy terms. Depending on the feature, this may include account data, device or app identifiers, app activity, diagnostics, purchase status and content you deliberately submit for processing. We use them for the following reasons:
- To facilitate our Service;
- To provide the Service on our behalf;
- To provide services related to the Service; or
- To help us analyze how our Service is being used.
These providers may have access to Personal Information only to carry out the tasks assigned to them on our behalf or as an independent platform provider. We require our processors not to use that information for unrelated purposes.
Data retention and deletion
We keep account data and user-created content while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete individual saved items in Rizzzo without deleting your account. You can permanently delete the account and its private data from the Profile screen, or follow the instructions on our account deletion page.
After account deletion, Rizzzo removes the account, sign-in identities, device associations, profile, saved conversations and replies, avatars, and private uploaded or generated media. A one-way import-manifest digest, its source type and timestamps may be retained indefinitely as a security replay barrier; it contains no chat content, profile data, email, provider identity or deleted Rizzzo user ID. Stores and subscription providers may retain purchase records when required for billing, fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance. Aggregated or de-identified analytics and limited security or diagnostic records may remain according to provider retention schedules.
Deleting a Rizzzo account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled in the applicable store settings.
Safety
We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, so we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. But remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's privacy
These Services are not intended for persons under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. In the event that we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take the necessary action.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. As such, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
