Delete Your Rizzzo Account

This page explains how Rizzzo users can delete an account or individual saved content and what happens to the associated data.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Rizzzo and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Under Account, select Delete account.
  4. Confirm Delete account.

When Rizzzo confirms the request, the account and its private data are permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion if you cannot use the app

Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your Google or Apple sign-in and use the subject Rizzzo account deletion request. Do not send a password, sign-in token, payment card number or store receipt. We may ask for limited information to verify that you own the account. We process verified requests without undue delay and normally within 30 days.

Delete selected data without deleting your account

You can delete individual saved conversations, analyses and related media from History in the app. You can also contact [email protected] to request deletion of specific account data.

Data that is deleted

  • Your Rizzzo account profile and sign-in identities;
  • device associations, preferences and push token;
  • saved conversations, messages, analyses and generated replies;
  • avatars and private uploaded or generated media.

Limited data that may be retained

  • Apple, Google and RevenueCat may retain purchase or subscription records for billing, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations.
  • Aggregated or de-identified analytics and limited security or diagnostic records may remain according to the applicable provider's retention schedule.
  • For imported history, Rizzzo retains a one-way manifest digest, source type and timestamps as an indefinite replay-prevention record. It does not retain chat content, profile data, email, provider identity or the deleted Rizzzo user ID.

Deleting your Rizzzo account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in the applicable store settings.
